'Lucky' the Kittenby *HempHat

My watchers who reconise my pets are wondering why I am taking a photo of another cat, let alone a kitten (though it may not show that this fella is a kitten exactly in the photo). I am refering this kitten as 'Lucky', due to the events that happened.

Long story short I was doing my usual walk around the area, but as soon as I walked past a bus stop this kitten came walking up to me. Didn't reconise Lucky one bit, no collar either. After being around the kitten for a few minutes to get to know Lucky better I noticed it limping by the hind leg. Called my mum about it and then picked up Lucky (little guy felt underweight, too) and tried looking for the owner, no luck finding the owner what so ever (one person suggested I just leave the little fella alone).
Luckily my dad got home shortly after I rang my mum and rang me offering to take Lucky to the animal shelter. Took Lucky there right away in which s/he was fed quite quickly (Lucky seemed quite happy about getting food, too, really needed it).

Lucky will hopefully get adopted soon once everything is sorted out (needs to get checked out, desexed, bathed, and maybe other things), and I am hoping a proper name will be given (maybe even get called Lucky).
